Hotel Check in for those staying over night is at 4pm. So 4pm would be good. We would like to start promptly at 4:30 pm

Off-street parking in front of hotel is very limited. There are 2 community lots in front of the hotel but would require walking stairs to reach venue. Please let Dan or I know if you need parking assistance.
